TAT and Shipping Policy

Shipping

CTS offers standard shipping with USPS Ground Advantage, Priority and all UPS services. Unless shipping is paid for CTS will choose the shipping carrier.. Once your order is processed and shipped standard shipping could take 2-7 business days. During Holiday Season, Processing time will not change, but Shipping/Transit time can be longer. If you are in a frenzy for your order consider using a faster UPS option at checkout for delivery. Please note that UPS Ground Saver ships with UPS but will be delivered with USPS. Orders ship from New Jersey, USA. Orders placed after 2pm count towards the next business day for TAT.

TAT

 Our average processing time is 2-4 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. This does not change regardless of shipping method chosen at checkout. TAT begins the next business day from when your order is placed. Order processing runs Monday through Friday 9am to 2pm est.
